Register NAFDAC NO, the details are as follows:

1) Contract Manufacturing agreement. 

 2) Certificate of the Manufacture and Free sale. 

3) Letter of Invitation for the inspection of the factory .

4) Certificate of the product analysis which shall be issued by the manufacturer

 5)Before get the NAFDAC no. samples will be required by NAFDAC.

Finish all the above docs, will need 3~4 months, and after that you apply the NAFDAC NO with these DOCS in Nigeria. It need several months to apply NAFDAC NO.
